About Us

Following the success of The Restored Organization, enquiries on how we can help organizations transform their culture started to roll in. We realized that in an evolving AI-driven world that we’re in, the usual strategy of training interventions or consulting, won’t be as effective.

In the book we showcased many organizations that were able to both humanize workplaces and transform their results. Our professional experiences and expertise also told us that it’s not a one size fits all approach. Strategies needed to be modified, customized or even developed from scratch and the current models of learning and consulting were not adequate in meeting the needs of evolving workplace of the future.

Hence, we moved away from a training and consulting approach to that of a “Laboratory”. “Labs” give organizations a platform to experiment, test and change, in order to restore and transform their culture fully. “Labs” are transformative and flexible, and are able to evolve over time, incorporating new technologies as they develop into the process of culture restoration.
